I have been coaching and reading tarot for the past 6 years. I combine therapeutic, embodiment, ontological, and shamanic modalities for a coaching approach that is intuitive, holistic, and direct.

I spent most of my life training as a dancer, acrobat, and physical theatre artist. I have been a Tai Chi practitioner and teacher for over 15 years. In 2013, I achieved my life goal of starting a theatre company and co-founded UpLift Physical Theatre, which is still active today. But something was still missing. So in 2014, I drove to Wisconsin and walked into the woods with only a backpack to spend the next 10 months “rewilding” under the guidance of Kenton Whitman at ReWild U. 

I spent that summer living in a tipi and the winter in a yurt, with no electricity or running water. With nature as my teacher, I cultivated a newfound understanding of the deeply human experiences of compassion, fear, solitude, courage, and faith, which altered the direction of my life. 

In 2015, I became a counselor at Camp Grounded Summer Camp for Adults and spent the next two summers guiding hundreds of adults to unplug and reconnect in deeper ways. In 2017, I completed the Authentic Leadership Training with Sara Ness of Auth Rev to teach Authentic Relating Games. Beginning in 2016, I trained with Kendra Cunov and John Wineland in their Embodied Relationship Training Salon based in Authentic Relating and the Sacred Intimacy work of David Deida. I received their certification in Embodied Spiritual Intimacy in 2019. 

For the past four years, I worked with John Wineland as his Chief of Staff and Holder of Vision, producing and co-teaching dozens of online and in-person workshops and trainings for individuals and couples from across the world. In 2022, I was among the first to receive a certification in Masculine and Feminine Embodiment through Wineland’s 1000-hour Teacher Training. I recently studied with Cass Phelps in Continuum-based somatic practice. In addition, for the past two years, I have been training in shamanic practice with Teo Alfero in the lineage of Carlos Castaneda. As a result of all of this training, my coaching and teaching approaches are diverse and comprehensive. I have a unique ability to leave no stone unturned.

I specialize in supporting people through significant life transitions. I relish in the in-between spaces. These times can be trying and challenging, but I help you see through to the possibilities. 

I offer multiple packages and can work within your time and budget. All packages include:

  • 60-90-minute sessions in person or on Zoom

  • Customized practices assigned after each session

  • Unlimited email communication throughout the duration of the coaching period

  • Access to bonus support sessions if needed throughout the duration of the coaching period
